Artist's CommentsLife: GAHA. I neglect DA for almost 3 weeks. *laughs proudly* Lots of things happened. Family emergencies especially. I went to my parents' hometown a few days ago, then returned home on Tuesday. Emergency called again, thus forcing us to go back there on morning the next day (It's a 4 hours drive btw). I am annoyed because I just cleared my bag that night, and I have to pack everything back again the next morning?! D: Pffttt!! So I went to my rebellious mode , thus insist on staying home. ALONE. 24+ hours. Well, I'm used to stay at home all by myself. No biggie. =3= - - - - - - - - - YES. You see it right. This time I used colour pencils! XD Lots of factors influenced me to try it out. Ah, btw, this one is actually my 3rd colour pencil attempt. The first two are just experimential, so I won't put it up in my gallery. ^^ I revived an old OC of mine. Though I turned back time and drew him in his teen version. XD Anyway, I found colouring (and inking) the hair is my favourite part. >w< While the skin is a bit hard for me, especially at the face. D: Please ignore the failure on the eyes.  I didn't know what to do because I did this WITHOUT referring to any tutorials. But I got some tips from great artists after I put this up on a forum.  CONCLUSION: Working with colour pencil is fun! I believe you can do better than myself. It's simple, really. I just stroke the pencils from the edges/end (of the hair) to the middle.
